  Satay Meatball Sticks

Meatballs:

500 g pork or beef mince
1 tsp MAGGI Beef Stock Powder
1 egg
1 tbsp soy sauce
1/4 cup dry breadcrumbs

Sauce:

1 tbsp oil
1 onion, finely chopped
1 clove garlic, crushed
2 tsp grated ginger
3 tsp curry powder
375mL CARNATION Light & Creamy Evaporated Milk
2 tsp cornflour
2 tbsp peanut butter

I thought we are heading into the summer now, but all of the sudden, the weather is back to 14, 15 degree. I have to pull out all my winter clothes again.
but the only good thing about the cold weather is that you wont feel tired and sleepy so easily compared to the summer.
